Passwords and hashcracking has gone thorugh some interesting changes over the last several years. This talk will cover the bsaics of hashcracking, as well as the recent changes including the reduced barrier to entry, password lists, cloud hashcracking, and ways to more effectively crack hashes. This will also include the basics of how to go about building a cracking rig and setting up a cloud hashcracking environment.
